Accessibility statement

Securitas Machina is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as a functional requirement, not an afterthought.

Conformance status

This site is designed and tested to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (which incorporates WCAG by reference). WCAG 2.2 AA is a superset of the WCAG 2.0 AA that the Revised Section 508 standard requires, so meeting it satisfies both.

What we’ve done

  • Text and interface colors meet the AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and interface elements) in both the light and dark themes.
  • Every interactive control has a clear, visible keyboard focus indicator, and the whole site can be operated with the keyboard alone.
  • Pages use semantic landmarks and headings, a “skip to content” link, and descriptive text alternatives for images.
  • Form fields have programmatic labels; validation errors are announced and tied to the field they describe.
  • Links that open a new tab or lead to a different context say so, and repeated calls to action name the solution they refer to.
  • Motion is reduced automatically for visitors whose system requests “reduced motion,” and product-demo videos always provide user controls.

How we test

We verify each release with automated accessibility checks covering the WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 rule sets, run against the live pages and backed by manual keyboard and color-contrast review. Accessibility is part of our pre-deployment gate.

Known limitations

Some solutions listed here are separate applications that open in their own window; those products have their own accessibility characteristics, which we address within each product. Our contact details are presented as images to deter automated address harvesting — each image has a text alternative describing what it is, and the same address and phone number are available on request through the form below.

Give us feedback

If you encounter any barrier on this site, or need information in a different format, please tell us — we aim to respond promptly and will provide the content another way.
