GovernAI (AINIST)

Live

AI governance & system inventory

GovernAI is an AI governance workbench that maintains a living inventory of every AI system in an organization and tracks each one against its controls and audit history. It surfaces how many systems are catalogued versus actually implemented, ties each system to its safeguards, and keeps an audit trail so teams can demonstrate responsible-AI posture against frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. It is the public face of the internal AINIST project.

Concierge

Live

Real-estate research & trade analytics

Concierge automates real-estate research and trading-performance analysis. It monitors email for property-listing notifications, scrapes the listings with Playwright, enriches them with demographics, tax, and school data via Brave Search and Claude AI, then emails formatted reports. A second module tracks stock trades against historical price data to flag missed exits and optimize stop-loss timing, turning raw listing alerts and trade logs into actionable, AI-synthesized briefings. It also folds in continuous news monitoring and keyword alerting: crawling Hacker News, TechCrunch, and user-configured sites, applying local Ollama semantic analysis to match user-defined keywords, and dispatching real-time alerts by email and SMS — with a dashboard for keyword management, search history, alert configuration, and crawler scheduling, making it a self-hosted radar for market-moving or competitor headlines.
