Retail Exchange is a multi-tenant marketplace for regional inventory arbitrage. Retailers list overstocked, seasonal goods and a heuristic demand engine — sales velocity, stock-cover days, and trend — flags the surplus and pairs it with stores in other regions where demand is rising. Surplus moves through timed and sealed (silent) auctions with reserve and Buy-Now prices, including cross-tenant "Network" listings so a store can quietly sell to others without revealing competing bids, and a background closer settles winners and transfers the inventory. Multi-tenant by retail operator, with usage analytics and results-feedback capture that tune the matching over time.
