Data Dictionary is a self-hosted catalog of an organization's databases, tables, and fields that turns undocumented schemas into a searchable, governed knowledge base. It tracks documentation coverage and quality across every data source, suggests AI-assisted field descriptions, flags stale or PII-bearing columns, and keeps an audit trail of every change. Multi-tenant by organization — teams join with a company code and sign in through the shared EDCS identity platform (password, email sign-in code, or magic link), with anonymous access disabled so each tenant sees only its own catalog.
